Payment Terms

  • All purchases must be paid in full at the time of checkout.
  • We do not accept deposits, partial payments or payment plans for online orders.
  • Orders are not processed until payment has cleared with our payment processor.
  • Accepted methods: the payment options shown at checkout (e.g., major cards or wallets supported by our store).
  • Prices are in USD unless otherwise noted. Taxes, fees and shipping are calculated at checkout.

Order Confirmation & Processing

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation after payment—please review it for accuracy.
  • If a payment is declined, flagged or reversed, we may cancel the order and contact you to resolve the issue.

Catering & Services

  • For catering/service bookings, full payment is due at booking unless a different arrangement is agreed to in writing by Food With A Twist.
  • Dates are not reserved until payment is received and the booking is confirmed in writing.
  • By completing a purchase, you agree to this Store Policy as well as our Terms & Conditions, Returns & Refunds and Privacy Policy.
